As an MA student at Sheffield Hallam University, I was fortunate to have access to great studio facilities and dabbled with some casting, producing a bronze version of a previous stone sculpture that had proved too fragile. More recently, having access to a workshop at home, I obtained a TIG welder and started experimenting with making metal sculptures.
